Hello, I own an X5650 with 8GB RAM and a 750W gold modular PSU. My AMD Radeon 5500X is running in games, but performance drops unexpectedly—FPS jumps from 80 to 30 in Halo 2 Anniversary, then to 20 and 17. I expect better results but can't identify the issue. In Minecraft, my GPU and CPU stay under 50% usage, so it's likely a BIOS limitation affecting CPU and PCIe lanes.
