Unstable shutdowns on an AM5 DDR5 setup
Hi everyone, I recently set up a new system last year. Specifications: CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 7700x, Motherboard - MSI B650 Pro Wi-Fi, GPU - MSI RTX 3090 VENTUS 3X OC, RAM - DDR5 Dual Channel 16x2 GB at 5600MHz, Storage - WD GEN4 M2 NVMe SSD 1TB and WD GEN3 M2 NVMe SSD 2TB, Operating System - Windows 11 Home single language. The GPU temperature stays below 75 or 80°C, fans operate smoothly from 0 to 100%, and CPU stays under 85°C. Cooler fans function even at over 2000 RPM. Crash occurrences aren’t linked to temperature; I’ve noticed random crashes even at 50 or 40°C. Recently, two types of issues appear: First, games crashing unexpectedly at random times—sometimes with a Windows message about application failure, and second, blue screens during boot or at random points without any running app, accompanied by messages like “writing to secured area” or “memory management error.” Some apps and configurations can’t access disk space at all, and even Windows Control Panel sections become inaccessible, requiring a fresh installation. I’ve tried updating Windows, reinstalling updates, resetting BIOS, and removing the CMOS battery for a reset, but none of these worked. Any suggestions or alternative solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help.
