CPU model: R7 5800X
Motherboard: ROG B550-E GAMING
RAM: 32GB DDR4 3600 MHz
GPU: RTX 3070 FE
Storage: SSD 980 GB
Power Supply: SeaSonic Prime TX-750
Operating System: Windows 11 Pro
Performance: Passed synthetic tests, memtest results normal, disk health appears stable.

Issue: Machine occasionally locks randomly. Power and reset buttons failed initially, but after multiple attempts they didn’t work. Event logs showed USB conflicts between Parsec and VMware. Removed USB switcher hub, simplified setup to mouse, keyboard, microphone, and webcam. Most crashes occurred when idle and locked; suspected Windows Hello problem. Disconnected webcam caused another crash, but reconnected successfully.

Considered driver and BIOS updates as troubleshooting steps. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
