Hello, a week ago I purchased a Gigabyte RX460 with 4GB RAM. I set up Windows and the latest Crimson drivers for the Rx 400 series, which is the correct driver. After downloading the MSI afterburner to my desktop, I accidentally opened it and noticed the GPU clock fluctuating from 200 to 900 and back again, depending on cursor movement. When not moving the cursor, it stayed stable, but when I moved it again, it started oscillating up and down. My card was overclocked by Gigabyte at the time of purchase, and I’m quite worried about what might be happening. Is this normal? Is it okay to do this? What should I expect?
