Haha!! That seems likely. It looks like it might be from them, or maybe they're coming from another place. I'll wait a couple of days. They said they were working last night, but usually it doesn't happen like this. I'm guessing my 2-day old router is the issue. I'll keep this thread updated on the outcome.
It seems once ISP is involved, my router gets affected and is removed along with it. Maybe I'm mistaken.
