I powered down my Unraid server to add an exhaust fan. Everything seemed okay at first, but I had to disconnect all the cables—power, Ethernet, etc. After reconnecting, it took a long time to start up, and my router kept dropping all its connections (both wired and Wi-Fi). It only recognized my PC because I was hardwired in and logged into it from there. What’s happening with my router?

Its hard to say. When unplugging everything, is there a chance some cables got switched around? Without knowing your setup, its really hard to say what is going on. If the router rebooted, then it might just take it a while to rediscovery everything. Post more details of the issue if it is still ongoing.

The router remained active. I disconnected the unraid device.
