I've experienced intermittent issues lasting from a second to a couple of seconds. While gaming, my FPS drops and lag appears, initially suspecting an AMD TPM problem. However, the motherboard BIOS is up-to-date with the fix, yet the issue persists. Closing Task Manager doesn't stop it, and even after a fresh Windows install, it continues. The cause remains unclear. Hardware details: MSI x570 A-Pro CPU, AMD Ryzen 7 5800x, Corsair H150i cooler, MSI RTX 3080, WD SN750, Evga 1300 G+, PSU from Evga.
