I’ve used DDU and updated drivers post-graphics card change. All software is up to date. I’ve started updating from my motherboard manufacturer and even checked sound drivers. The crashes seem to occur mainly during multiplayer sessions, with deadlocks first appearing in Monster Hunter Wilds. Temperatures are around 65°C for both CPU and GPU. Could a specialist help? I usually consider myself tech-savvy, but this is beyond my usual skill level!

Then I restart the game and within five minutes in the open world it behaves the same way—can't access my map, and the music disappears. An NPC appears with very low polygon details. Later, my PC crashes again without a BSOD, even though it runs fine online or in multiplayer. it could be any of these issues... excessive cooling block pressure on the cpu. memory, mainboard, or cpu problems are possible. i suspect disk-related problems might cause more frequent bluescreens. i’d expect similar issues with other components too. usually, i’d blame the power supply for dead reboots, but it’s not always the case. i’d begin by adjusting pressure on half of each nut securing your cooling block. if that doesn’t work, lower the memory speed to non-XMP. test one drive at a time to see if the problem persists. for non-essential parts like spare ssd’s or harddisks, disconnect them too.
I need to look into the hard drive sentinel. I wasn’t familiar with it before using the Samsung magician, which reported both drives as functioning well.
