We could focus on the many tasks that can be safely turned off to boost Windows performance, such as SysMain. It’s not really helping your system, just sitting idle and keeping the drive at full capacity.

Only 100% of the disk space if you're using just one HDD. I have a fast NVMe drive, a decent HDD, and a slow AF HDD. But when I overload the slow one, it makes my disk usage look like only 33%, which isn't accurate. There are many programs that can be safely turned off, especially with tools like W10 Debloater, but using it too much stripped away too much space and forced me to reinstall Windows because it deleted all Xbox Live dependencies—something needed for Xbox-exclusive content on PCs.

Having an SSD for your boot disk means you can keep all processes running. Windows isn’t designed for HDDs anymore, and SSDs have become much more affordable.

SSDs also offer advantages. Even before RAM speeds improve, SuperFetch can still assist.
