Single core remains the best choice for Windows 10, yet the UWP version is still quite inefficient. I seldom reach over 140fps on my customized 8700k. I would still prefer more cores and threads, as they handle the numerous background processes on a personal computer. This is why professional Minecraft players often use the core X series processors.

I have twin Xeons in my system, providing 20 cores and 40 threads. If you indicate where to install this Minecraft Bedrock edition, I'm ready to test it and let you know how much of your CPUs it consumes.

This looks great. On the Microsoft store app for Windows 10, you can find a free trial if you look for Minecraft.

I accidentally overlooked this answer.
It indeed employs hyperthreading, but the issue lies with the default FPS limiter that might be active. It’s actually restricting your frame rate according to your monitor’s Hz (which I assume is 140Hz). With an old i7 3770 and 1050ti, I usually reach around 700fps (or up to 1200fps for the first few seconds after launching the game).
Just go to control panel > Nvidia control panel > manage 3D settings > program settings > select the Windows 10 version of Minecraft and disable “vertical sync”.
Your computer should then run Minecraft smoothly.

I use ubuntu on my laptop, and I've tried windows 10 with the appstore, along with a quadcore processor at 1.1ghz, and there should be no problems
