I assembled a PC in November 2023 and faced no problems until January 2025. Now, when multiple programs are running—such as music, a game, or OBS—the system tends to crash unpredictably, though not consistently the same program or issue. During streaming or video recording with OBS, all connected devices in OBS become black before returning. My in-game FPS fluctuates: it drops and then recovers. Occasionally, the game or OBS freezes completely, followed by a full system lockup. I sometimes encounter error messages, but not always the same ones, and when they do appear, they aren’t repeated identically (see attached photos). The problem seems to occur around 85 minutes of continuous use, with both CPU and GPU reaching maximum usage, though the “system” usage spike isn’t useful for troubleshooting. My dedicated GPU memory drops from 15.5/16GB to just 5.0/16GB. Assistance would be greatly appreciated if it helps locate and fix the issue—especially to avoid a full wipe and reinstall. I’ve attached screenshots of various errors, Task Manager captures at different times, and the DxDiag file AMD requested, but there’s no upload option available. When I consulted AMD, they confirmed it’s a software-related problem but didn’t provide further details. I’ve updated drivers, BIOS, and added new RAM sticks, yet the same issues persist.

Share your images online, such as on www.imgur.com, and provide them here.
Do you encounter the same problems or crashes when starting in Safe Mode? This might be due to a hardware issue, like insufficient RAM or VRAM.
To check RAM, download and execute memtest86, link: https://www.memtest86.com/
Follow the installation instructions: https://www.memtest86.com/tech_creating-window.html
Performing one full pass (15 tests) is the minimum. Two passes are recommended, while four full passes are acceptable.
Because it can take time, it's best to let it run overnight. One 8GB RAM takes about an hour per full pass; two 8GB RAMs take around 2.5 hours per pass. This means roughly 5 hours for four 16GB RAMs or about 20 hours for four full passes.
If no errors appear, your RAM appears to be in good condition.
Purchasing new RAM doesn't guarantee it's free of issues; only memtest86 can confirm that.

I haven't started in safe mode. AMD suggests using clean mode to check each program individually, but the problem appears only when several apps run at once. I also ran memtest86 and it showed no issues.

The link you shared directs to a broken website. However, copying and pasting the link directly works. It’s better to omit the faulty URL.

From the images and videos, it seems you’re facing problems with Dead By Daylight. Some research and troubleshooting steps have been identified; try those solutions and see if they help.

Cleaning Mode starts successfully, which is the second step after booting in Safe Mode and when the system runs smoothly there. Based on your screenshots, you likely have a VRAM leak issue.

Dead By Daylight requires at least 1GB of VRAM, with a recommendation of 4GB. Using all 16GB is unusual and points to a game problem. I recommend investigating and addressing this issue.
