System details are shown in the IObit Sysinfo Report file. I’m using the BIOS version MB-478-120 B550UDACY1 F4b.zip. I prefer this older BIOS since newer ones cause random restarts for high-power USB devices. It seems this issue is common on B550 motherboards; Windows has stopped the device due to reported problems. The error code is 43. A request for the USB device descriptor failed. Hardware ID: USB\DEVICE_DESCRIPTOR_FAILURE. Compatible IDs match the failure. Problem code: 0000002B. In the Unknown USB Device errors file, check the mkv screen recording for driver issues on usb.inf.
