You can find the driver for an unknown device in the Device Manager by checking its category, which is usually "Other Devices" under "Base system device." This issue occurred after a clean installation of Windows 11, so it might be related to the previous version you had installed.

I previously had Lenovo Win 11 preinstalled on a system before without issues. For a laptop or prebuilt device, please use the serial number on Lenovo's support page and install drivers manually after downloading them. Did you add any hardware not included with the device? If so, what changes did you make?

In device manager, simply click the change view type from the toolbar at the top. Among the available options, you should be able to identify the unknown device. You might also share a picture so we can better understand what you're referring to.
