I recently purchased a brand new gaming PC and noticed an unusual issue with my 360MM AIO Radiator Today. It seems suspicious since the unit is brand new, has only been used for a few days, and I’ve experienced normal temperatures while gaming. There appear to be no visible obstructions. Could it be some kind of insulation or protective layer?
It seems there is corrosion present. This might indicate a leak somewhere. Try to clean it thoroughly and observe whether it improves and how rapidly. Corrosion could simply result from improper coating during manufacturing, but I recommend monitoring it closely—if it worsens, it could become more serious.
I continued my research and didn’t find any indications of leakage. It seems the coating might be the issue. I have additional photos for you to review closely, and I’ll share further updates as needed.
Is this the top part or the front? It appears dry, showing signs of corrosion from missing coating. If left unchecked, rust can spread and lead to more problems. It will definitely take some time. I might clean it thoroughly and apply a sealant, even just clear nail polish. But before making any changes, consider sharing photos with the manufacturer to check if it's a production issue—they might simply replace it. Honestly, it seems like a manufacturing defect.
