Hi, I recently acquired a Logitech G502 HERO mouse that allows the mouse wheel to unlock and scroll smoothly. It works well in many situations, but when I scroll quickly in certain programs—like Prepar3D V4—I hear an unusual beeping sound and notice the cursor slows down a lot. I've searched for solutions without success. I do have an Xbox and recall plugging in a controller at some point, though not recently. I’m trying to locate the driver you mentioned. It seems like USB devices such as the Logitech G910, Logitech Extreme 3D Pro joystick, Logitech G502 HERO, Corsair MM800 RGB mousepad, Easystore HDD, and a Thrustmaster steering wheel (not connected for a while) are present on my PC. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Unlocked scrolling may function in other programs, while locked scrolling works in Prepar3D. Both scenarios suggest the software isn't built for rapid scrolling speeds, likely because it expects fewer, larger input actions.

My answer was the one you mentioned: uninstalling logitech hub or adjusting the settings. Apologies for the confusion.

You're experiencing the same problem with your G502 Hero. It appears that rapid scrolling combined with accidental clicks causes a beeping sound. This might be due to a Windows accessibility setting, too many inputs overwhelming the system, or an issue within the Logitech G Hub app. You're considering pausing fast scrolling, and you found a solution that worked for others.
