Hi, I saw you lost the DCIM folder on your S20 FE internal memory. Since you don’t have an SD card installed, EASUS recovery didn’t work. You tried using Minitool, which requires root access—make sure you’re comfortable with that step. Downloading another software might help, but double-check its safety before proceeding. EMC storage differs from traditional hard drives; once lost, it's permanently gone. However, there might be a chance your photos are stored in your Google or Samsung accounts.

Hope your images are in order. The longer your device stays on, the higher the chance it triggers the trim command. It automatically executes every three days if it hasn't run in that span. It activates during restarts, around midnight, when the phone is idle, and possibly during other occurrences. So by now, the data from those files has likely been erased from the memory.
