Hello everyone, I bought the HP Spectre X360 mainly for school, but I also got the i7 1080p processor to enjoy some light gaming during breaks. However, I'm finding that even with minimal settings, my FPS is extremely low—only around 30 frames per second. I'm playing World of Warcraft, and unless I tweak every parameter significantly, I can't reach that number. My machine runs an i7-5500u, has 8GB RAM, and a 1080p display. Did I underestimate the impact of these specs on performance? Any suggestions or insights would be appreciated.

There isn't one. It's a laptop, but a fairly dated game like World of Warcraft I would assume would perform decently on an i7 alone.

It seems WoW received a graphics improvement, but updating drivers might still be necessary.

All drivers have been updated. The CPU isn't reaching 100%, and RAM isn't at 100%. It's unclear what's happening.

These processors designed for ultrabooks and hybrids aren't built for gaming. The integrated graphics component performs quite poorly.

Adjust the game quality to a lower setting; it may be tougher to play smoothly at 1080p even with reduced options. My laptop faces the same problem too!
