CPU limitations are noticeable in the game with RT enabled. Your configuration is similar to mine—12400 and 6800XT—and performance remains comparable. Even with a 6800XT, you experience CPU constraints when RT is active. The 4070 performs better in RT than your 6800XT, while your 10900K matches your 12400 closely. Consider monitoring CPU and GPU usage during gameplay using Afterburner instead of Task Manager.

Hello, thanks for responding. Here is what I'm getting right now on Afterburner assuming I'm looking at the right thing.

Consider enabling Afterburner OSD for CPU and GPU performance. Monitor both during gameplay. Aim for GPU usage consistently above 95%. If there are periods where GPU drops to around 60%, your GPU should decrease while CPU remains stable or higher. This confirms a CPU bottleneck.

Turn on VSync for a smoother gameplay. Also, what’s your screen refresh speed?

That's true, it can be frustrating.

It's better than an unstable frame rate that ruins gameplay completely.

I'll test Vsync and observe the results. Right now, I'm using RT disabled and the game runs smoothly. My display refresh rate is set to 240Hz.

It makes sense, indeed. Adjusting the settings was necessary. RT is quite demanding on the GPU, and it's often not a good idea.
