Hi, You've set up a Unifi Security Gateway Pro 4 connected to your ISP router in Bridge Mode. All traffic is managed through the gateway, which only displays MAC addresses. Have you checked if your device has been updated to the newest software? On the most recent UniFi Controller release?

The Unifi Controller is currently at the latest version, and the firmware isn't up to date. Upgrading is recommended.
