Unifi APs not connected to a switch aren't reaching the guest network—VLAN configuration may be off.
Hi everyone, I'm trying to figure out something that's not working as expected. The Cooperate network is set up on VLAN 1 within the 192.168.1.0/24 subnet. I need to configure a guest Wi-Fi network using VLAN 100 and a separate subnet at 192.168.100.0/24. After that, I want to route this VLAN through a chain of four Linksys LGS326P PoE+ switches (labeled S1-4). The router is connected to port GE25 on switch S1, specifically for VLAN 1UT and VLAN 100T. It then connects to the next switch via GE26, and so on... My Unifi APs are attached to switch S2 on ports GE5 through GE8. I have VLAN 1UT and VLAN 100T enabled on those interfaces. The guest network is hosted offsite with L3 adoption, and I'm using a VLAN-only setup for Guest (100). On the wireless side, the Guest Network is assigned to the 169 address range. I've tried setting VLAN 100 to UT on the switch and connecting directly, but it still works. When I enable guest policies and block LAN multicast, everything seems fine. The issue appears only when trying to connect via wireless. Setting a static IP for the guest network doesn't seem to resolve the problem either. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
