Unidentified sound inside the structure

I just assembled my PC about a week ago, and when I power it up I hear this sound. You can find the video here: https://youtu.be/rR_U7QHDf4c. Does anyone know what that noise is and how to stop it? My specs are: Ryzen R5 3600 (stock), B450 Tomahawk Max Dark Rock Pro 4 cooler, 16GB 3200MHz DDR4 GTX 1060 (RTX still on back order), TX650M PSU, 2 SSDs with 2TB Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM drives. Thanks for any help!

Based on what I could hear, it seems like the drives are unparking when the system starts. Take out the hard drive if you want.

Hey, the recording looks rough since it’s a brand new HDD just a week old. Should you think about returning it for a replacement?

Unless there are performance problems or syntax mistakes, it sounds normal.
