I'm running an Asus Tuf f15 fx506lh with an i5 10300h, GTX 1650 16GB RAM, and a 512GB SSD. About a month ago, my Valorant performance was around 290-330 to 340 FPS on an external monitor (LG ultra gear 24gn650-b). Recently, I see 120-220 FPS or less, with FPS dropping suddenly to 100-120. With a 144Hz display, it feels sluggish and sometimes freezes or the cursor gets stuck. I tried reinstalling the game, updating Windows, changing the BIOS, and refreshing graphics and other drivers, but the issue persists.

I don't know who began the habit of reinstalling Windows each time performance drops in games—it's not as if it magically solves everything. Anyway, let's talk about the game environment: the temperature can be tracked inside Armory Crate, but since you're using a clean system, you might skip it and check HWiNFO64 or Libre Hardware Monitor instead.

Your RAM temperature is quite high, especially during peak usage. With temperatures ranging from 92 to 97°C, it may indicate overheating issues. Make sure your cooling system is functioning properly and consider checking for dust buildup or other factors affecting performance.

That's quite a bit higher than what's considered good, but I'm not sure it affects SODIMM models. In the desktop version, 40-50°C is much better. Just make sure to use the quote button to get a reply from someone.
