Recently, I've noticed significant and persistent graphical stutters during gameplay. My gaming laptop is typically capable of handling games without problems, yet recently even smoothly running titles like Overwatch—which normally delivers over 100 frames per second, though I’m currently experiencing consistent drops to a stable 45 fps—are presenting difficulties. This problem is frequently accompanied by audio hiccups and a general feeling of sluggishness. I've attempted numerous common troubleshooting steps, including adjusting graphics and system settings for Nvidia, Windows, and individual games, without success. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in diagnosing and resolving this issue as quickly as possible.

Here are my system specifications for additional context:
Operating System: Windows 10
Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050Ti
Processor: Intel Core i7 7th generation (with 8 logical processors)
Memory: 8GB

Today, I was experimenting and attempting to understand the problem, and a particular observation arose: my graphics card is only utilizing approximately 30% during gameplay. The problem remains unresolved.

Hello everyone,

I’ve been experiencing frustratingly persistent frame rate dips in my games, alongside unexpectedly low graphics card utilization – even during periods of standard gameplay that should have resulted in higher resource usage. I’ve spent the last three days troubleshooting this issue and haven't been able to resolve it. Your assistance would be greatly valued. Thank you!

The processor’s temperature is elevated. Reapply thermal adhesive and clean the heatsink. What is the graphics card’s temperature?

Which game is this? What is the memory consumption? Recent games often require a significant amount of RAM.
