I typically reach over 150 fps in games such as Overwatch and Valorant (with a Ryzen 5 1600 and RX 6600). Recently, however, I experienced sudden drops to very low frame rates and noticeable frame skipping, especially in multiplayer matches. Despite having less than 40 ping and no packet loss, the issue persists. I've tried checking for viruses/malware, updating GPU drivers, cleaning the GPU, running a Windows clean, and monitoring CPU and GPU usage—still nothing resolved it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

What about your local cache? Based on what I've seen before, delays occurred when the disk hit full capacity or when usage neared maximum.
