I own a Ryzen 7 7700x paired with the MSI Mag Tomahawk Wi-Fi card. On Fedora I adjusted the curve offset from -20 to -30. I tested Prime95 for three hours, stressNG for one hour, and Passmark three times. The system performed well—about four days ago. Last night my Wi-Fi became unstable; I couldn’t maintain a connection longer than ten minutes, and when it did connect, speeds were only a few dozen kb. (Normally it reaches around 300mb.) This wasn’t an issue before. For context, my work laptop and phone all achieved similar speeds in the same room at that time. Since this was a new problem and I only changed the curve offset, I lowered it further to -25. Now everything is fine. Does this seem reasonable? Could it be a temporary glitch caused by voltage drop, or is there something more about the chip affecting performance? (I could revert to -30 and test, but I’m not feeling it this week.)

There is a reason it's called "FM". Other than making sure the MOBO has the latest BIOS there isn't much you can do. Update the BIOS making sure the appropriate things are "clicked" in the BIOS settings is about it. Good luck and take care.
