The process of building the 12400 involved adjusting the CPU Vcore in Advanced Bios. I offset it negatively, reducing it in small increments of 0.010V, then verified stability with benchmarks. The lowest stable setting was -0.020V without noticeable issues. Increasing the offset improved performance, though I found little benefit on those constrained CPU generations.
