Are there anyone skilled with the latest Bluebeam Revu updates? I'm looking to apply the visual count feature, which is meant for flattening PDF pages and counting colored or highlighted elements. Instead of adding new objects, I want to identify existing marks visually. Could you help clarify how this works? I searched but didn’t find a clear guide on that specific use case. Thanks!

Have you attempted to set up a legend? Click right-click on any of the highlighted items, navigate to legend, and you’ll find the option there. You must assign each color separately within the legend.

Your reply is very thoughtful. I haven’t tried anything like this before, so I’ll give it a shot and get back. If it helps, I’ll feel really good. Thanks!
