I use an LG TV as a PC monitor. I have an HDMI cable connecting my graphics card to the TV. When I powered on my PC and then the TV, no video came through. The TV reported it wasn’t getting any input. I verified the HDMI connections were secure. After restarting the PC by pressing the power button once to shut it down, I pressed it again to turn it back on right away. Instantly, the PC feed appeared on the TV. What just happened?
