I own a PNY 780ti that was overclocked. In the past, while playing games such as Dragon Age Inquisition, I had to use Afterburner to lower my card's speed to avoid frequent crashes. With the release of Tom Clancy's Division I, similar crashing problems started appearing in the same way as in DA:I. So again, I lowered the speed, and the computer ran smoothly. Temperatures were normal, frame rates were stable, but once more a sudden crash occurred during Division. After the PC reset, the monitor stayed off and hasn't received any video from the card since. I managed to test a different card on my desktop, which worked perfectly. Unfortunately, the 780ti couldn't fit into the desktop, and the other card I used was from a different machine. I tried disconnecting power, holding the power button, and removing the BIOS battery, but none of those solutions worked.
What is the model of your power supply? Also, are you using the newest drivers for your GPU? If yes, Nvidia suggests reverting to an older version, as the current update has led to issues for users.

That is my power supply.
I hadn't upgraded my drivers fast enough to encounter NVIDIAs driver screw up so that is not the issue.
But I tested rolling back drivers using the second gfx card and tried the 780ti with no luck anyways.
(to note this is still Whathecrap, I just accidentally had logged in with facebook this time.)
