Verify your display scaling settings. If they differ from 100% or 200%, reading text can become hard. I hope Windows could manage UI scaling more smoothly, just like MacOS does. The current approach is clumsy and lacks polish at best.

Explore various scaling solutions. In settings look for "blurry" and you'll find "Fix apps that are blurry." If it doesn't work, open Tidal's executable and adjust the DPI settings there. Good luck!
