I recently switched my GPU from a GTX 1060 to an RTX 3070. Everything functions properly. Performance metrics, temperatures, everything is normal. However, in certain applications I notice a blur effect. For instance, when using the Star Citizen launcher or Twitch Studio, hovering the mouse pointer over it improves visibility. A click fixes the issue completely, but when I move the mouse away again, the problem reappears. I turned off hardware acceleration in my browsers and adjusted several NVIDIA control panel settings, but nothing has resolved the issue.

Reinstall your drivers, perform a fresh setup, and try using DDU. This might indicate an issue with text recognition in certain applications.

Sure, I'm ready to help. Just make sure to indicate your solution with a tick and click the marking button so others don't miss it.

I wasn't sure the issue would return, but now it has. It functioned properly at first, then started to behave oddly again. I went out for shopping, came back, restarted my software, but the problem still lingers.
