Hello! Uncharted 4 frequently fails at the same moment each time I launch it. It functions normally until I hit a certain cutscene, after which it crashes immediately. The screen turns black and the program shuts down without any warning. No error codes appear—just prompts asking if you wish to report the issue to Sony or AMD. I've checked everything: Windows 10 is current, BIOS updated, GPU drivers fresh. I'm playing as an administrator, disabled fullscreen enhancements, ran in safe mode, set to lowest settings, limited frame rate to 30 FPS. Verified files are intact, rebooted multiple times, reinstalled the C++ redistributable. Assistance would be greatly appreciated. System specs: Windows 10 64-bit, ASRock B550M Steel Legend, BIOS 2.50, Ryzen 5 5600 at stock speeds (2x8GB), Teamgroup Vulcan Z (DDR4-3600 CL18, XMP), ASRock Challenger D RX 6700 XT (stock), Adata Legend 740 (1TB PCIe Gen3, boot and storage), Phanteks AMP 650W.
