I've been eager for Windows 10, my brother already has it, while mine is still pending. I checked the update log and noticed it attempted to install Windows 10 several times without success. Are others experiencing the same issue?

I've encountered a similar issue where the system froze on a blue screen displaying a face and text, labeled as a driver error. The problem persisted for an hour before restarting the PC back to Windows 7. A friend experienced the same situation while trying the same process.
