You adjusted the system voltage to 1.36 volts and noticed a noticeable improvement in temperatures. It seems better to keep the voltage at 1.36v rather than lowering it further to 1.33v. Regarding the CPU speed jump from 3.5 GHz to 3.7 GHz, it’s likely due to thermal throttling or power management adjustments as temperatures change.

If you want to run it where you have it, keep the voltage as it is now. Changes in clock speeds might be due to clock drift, but 3.5 to 3.7 is quite high and not typical unless BIOS settings are involved.
