Good evening, I improved my internet speed via my ISP. They replaced my old modem with a new two-box setup. The previous modem was a combo unit set to a static IP that went to my USG, then the switch, and finally the security NVR. All devices had internet access, and I could manage my security remotely using the static IP. The new modem is a two-box system: one requiring a public IP and another a router with a static IP that connects through the USG, switch, and NVR. The ISP’s router is in bridge mode. They claim they see the USG connected, but I can’t access the internet. If I skip the router, internet works, but remote security access remains blocked. The old system functioned perfectly. The new one isn’t working. I’ve had a technician from Spectrum work for four hours and changed the router twice already. What’s going on? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. This is my first experience with a two-box setup from my ISP. Thank you for your help.

I have reinitialized the USG and re-entered the static details; it functioned correctly. Thank you for your patience! Close the discussion.
