I'm dealing with a bit of a mystery here. I set up a fresh Lenovo laptop for my dad and tried connecting it to the existing network. The other devices could see it, but not vice versa. I verified the network was private, discovery was enabled, and all relevant features were checked. I also ensured SMB 1.0/CIFS and SMB direct were active in Windows Features. Services like Function Discovery, UPnP, and SSDP are running smoothly. After resetting the network adapters, the issue persisted. In File Explorer, navigating to shared folders works fine when typing the computer name, but it doesn't appear under the "network" section. I'm trying to manually map those folders for a stopgap, but I want seamless sharing without manual steps. Could you offer any ideas?

Additional details: All systems are Windows 10 64-bit Pro with full updates. Drivers and router have been cycled. Antivirus is up-to-date on every machine, and SMB is enabled.
