Hello! The update from Windows 10 Home 1607 to 1703 isn’t available for your version yet. You’ve already installed the Creators update, which includes privacy settings. The latest release today (KB3150513) is for 1607. If you see an error code, it might help to check its details. You have plenty of free space (46.7 GB), so storage shouldn’t be an issue. Using the Windows Media Creation tool could work, but it would erase all files—apps, games, videos, etc.—unless you select not to delete personal items. You can manage the files via the media creation tool. You have the option to remove all files or retain them.
