You're facing a download error for Windows 11 update 22h2 (KB5029263). Here’s what you've done and some suggestions:

- You used Tweaking.com-RepairWindowsUpdates.
- Restarted the Windows Update service, cleared the cache, and ran commands in cmd with admin.
- Ran ipconfig commands to release, flush DNS, and renew.
- Attempted to re-register update DLL files in a file named "windows_update.txt".

If you want more details on any of these steps, you can refer to the link provided: [https://pureinfotech.com/reset-windows-u...-installs/](https://pureinfotech.com/reset-windows-u...-installs/)

Let me know if you need further help.

I've used it before, but I don't want to repeat it each time I need to update.

Ensure TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot are activated in your BIOS. Windows Update may not work or show no updates if these conditions aren't met.

And yes, I noted the .NET Farmwork downloads work properly, but updating triggers an unexpected shutdown. It seems the system thought an update was underway even though it wasn’t, causing a full restart. Once the PC restarts, everything functions normally again.

It looks like you could have damaged sectors on your boot disk. If that's the case, you may have reached a point where continuing this Windows setup isn't feasible, especially since you've already checked most typical troubleshooting options.

I’m about to follow step 5 from the website you shared.
You’ll download the latest Servicing Stack Updates, which fix issues with Windows updates.
First, visit the Microsoft Update Catalog, search for “servicing stack update,” and pick the most recent version matching your architecture (x86, ARM64, or x64).
After locating it, double-click the file to install the update.
Restart your computer and see if the problem is resolved.
