Unable to turn off GPU scaling in AMD Catalyst Control Center

I cannot disable GPU scaling; the box stays active all the time. When I try to run lower resolutions than native settings, I can't get centered timing anymore—I used this feature a few years ago and don’t remember what changed. Could you help me find a solution to enable centered timings?
Attempt a wild adjustment, open CCC, verify if the choice remains hidden.
That's the issue—it doesn't turn grayed out. I can deselect the box, but after applying it, it re-selects itself automatically...
