MB: Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Elite AX – the screw I noted in the picture is fully stuck. I've attempted to tighten it counter-clockwise and clockwise without moving even a bit. I've also tried forcing it open, but it just scratches instead of turning. How can I remove the cover? I understand you should loosen it and pull off the cover with the screw, but it doesn't budge at all. The screwdriver fits snugly, only slightly smaller than the gaps.

It's likely the screw was fastened with a special adhesive like Loctite. I recommend using heat from a hair dryer or hot-air gun to expand the metal, then loosen it immediately after warming. If the head is scratched, check whether the screw was stripped beforehand.

Minimal dimensions. A typical Philips screwdriver is size #3 for basic home fixes, or #2 for computer parts. The range decreases as you go lower: #3, #2, #1, #0, #00, etc.

The red screws all face the same issue, yet the green screw is actually removable.

It seems like you're asking about the situation where the bike slips out (Cam Out) or if turning is difficult due to stiffness. Let me clarify both possibilities.

I applied strong pressure and it kept slipping; I think I loosened the screw a little. I won’t try to tighten it further since motherboards aren’t very sturdy.
