Hi, after resetting Windows 10 you lost access to the boot menu. Before the reset you removed all partitions for your dual boot setup with Ubuntu. When the reset started, the laptop launched a GNU Grub prompt and couldn't locate the Windows boot option. Please let me know what you'd like to try next!
