Begin from another machine and download the newest Windows 10 installer using the Microsoft Media Creation Tool. Set up your USB stick with it. While preparing, verify your UEFI preferences: Fast Boot should be turned on, Secure Boot enabled, and UEFI mode activated. For systems labeled with "Windows 8 mode" or "Windows 10 mode," enable these settings. If applicable, adjust the boot sequence to prioritize your M.2 NVMe drive. Should another storage device be connected, disconnect its SATA cable after powering down the system. This guide assumes you have no other drives connected. If this is your sole drive, proceed confidently. During installation, choose the correct profile when prompted with "UEFI: <USB flash drive model>" instead of "USB: <USB flash drive model>." Install Windows 10 cleanly, selecting Language > Install > Custom. On the partition selection screen, choose each partition and format it, deleting all existing data as a last resort. Once complete, the system should function properly.

It seems you're considering upgrading. Maybe purchasing a new SSD would be beneficial?
