Unable to start Windows 10 following BIOS update (X570)
I’m at my friend’s place and noticed some stuttering on his computer. I checked the BIOS and it also seemed to lag. It looks like this problem is common on AMD systems and was resolved with a BIOS update. I downloaded the latest version for his board (ASUS Prime X570 Pro, v0411 → v4403) and flashed it successfully. Now when the machine starts up, it prompts to press F1 to run setup, right next to the connected drives. The OS drive appears in the list, and it’s set as the default boot option in BIOS. It also shows up under Advanced → SATA Config. I’m a bit confused about what changed during the update, so any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

CSM is activated and now I can restart by going to boot override and choosing Windows Boot Manager, which remains my usual start-up method. However, when I power on the PC, it only displays the detected hardware and prompts me to press F1 for setup, then it stays on that setup screen without proceeding.
