Problem remains after adjusting BIOS settings. After turning off CSM to activate secure boot, I encounter persistent errors stating "Error: CSM is loaded!" The process involves disabling CSM in setup, rebooting, and then saving changes. However, once disabled, I can't enter BIOS and encounter a black screen that forces shutdown. Reverting CMOS restored the issue. No clear solution found online. System details: Asrock B450M-HDV R4.0 BIOS, UEFI Windows, 11 CPU, AMD Ryzen 7 2700X, Radeon RX 580. Make sure your drive is in GPT format before turning off CSM. Also, disable Fast Boot.

Confirmed, the GPT version has a fast boot setting turned off. The issue remains unchanged.

Verify if your graphics card uses UEFI BIOS using GPU-Z.
