I tried to increase my CPU frequency (Athlon x4 860k). It seemed I couldn't adjust the frequency multiplier, even when trying different settings. When I changed the base frequency from 100 to 103 (maximum 105), the system wouldn't start and reset everything back. Then I tried 101, but the machine still didn’t boot properly. There’s no display output, the keyboard doesn’t respond, and the fans are working. I only changed the MMO battery recently, which helped before, and switched the GPU to the motherboard port to check for any signal, but nothing worked. I’m looking for advice or support on this issue.

The CMOS bios reset request was sent.
I tried but it didn’t work.
My mouse and keyboard briefly activated before shutting off again.
It’s unclear if anything appeared since I hadn’t reconnected my GPU (which is on top of the battery, likely cleaned).
After another reset attempt, neither the keyboard nor mouse turned on, suggesting something else might have caused the initial failure.
