You have several Fujitsu Lifebook T900 devices from a school, all working except the hard drive. You replaced the drive with an SSD and attempted to install Windows 10 via USB and DVD, but the system freezes after showing the Windows logo for a moment before shutting down completely. After installing Windows 10 on a new SSD, it restarts with a Windows 7 bootloader that loads files and then freezes on the black startup screen. You've also tried pairing an SSD with Windows 10 already installed, which restarted briefly but then entered automatic repair mode. You've adjusted BIOS settings by plugging in an Ethernet cable and changing power options. Your photos are attached for reference.

Sure, I can attempt that. Just let me know the drive you'd like to test.

I’m trying it on three different identical machines. It seems the issue isn’t hardware-related. I’ve attempted to remove one of the 4GB sticks, but the outcome remains the same.

It seems your Windows installation might be corrupted or inconsistent across devices. Obtain a fresh copy from a reliable source and retry the process.
