Hello, I just bought the ASUS TUF Gaming FX505DT notebook. It comes with AMD Ryzen 5 Mobile 3550H, 128MB of ATI AMD Radeon Vega 8 graphics, and a 4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 under Windows 10 version 20H2 (OS Build 19042.804). I was able to install the NVIDIA drivers but haven’t managed to set it as the default or main driver. Both display options appear correctly in DxDiag Advanced settings, showing Vega 8 as the display device. If I turn off Vega 8 from Device Manager, performance drops noticeably and features like change resolution disappear. The Advanced display settings don’t list NVIDIA GPU as a display device. The installed driver file is named 461.40-notebook-win10-64bit-international-dch-whql.exe. I also downloaded drivers from the Asus website, but they didn’t work. In the Display Driver Uninstaller, cleaning and reinstalling the NVIDIA GPU after a reboot gave the same results. In the NVIDIA Control Panel, under 3D settings, the "Preferred graphics processor" tab is set to Vega 8. I’m still having trouble. Here’s an image you might find useful: https://imgur.com/a/IS92Mj5 If you need further help, let me know!

Explore the details of your laptop's biography. Certain devices offer options for the main display in the BIOS, which might cause issues.
