Unable to run at 3200 MHz with 4x8GB RAM.

Details: CPU is Ryzen 5 2600, motherboard from Asus Rog Strix B450-f, RAM configuration 4x8GB at 3200MHz using Corsair Vengeance LX. Setting DOCP and 3200MHz causes crashes and reverts to previous RAM settings. What should I do?

Certain Ryzen processors face challenges when using four RAM sticks at maximum DOCP configurations. Performance may drop significantly; achieving 4x8 might be possible at 3000 MHz, but adjustments are likely needed or you could opt for 2x16 instead.

Your B350's memory QVL doesn't show any 4-stick setups at 3200, even though it has several 2-stick options there. You're not alone—someone with a B450 might face the same issue.

Zen+ previously reached a maximum of 2933 for four sticks, as I remember.

Zen+ experienced problems maintaining dual channel stability at 3200mhz. Achieving quad channel performance at that frequency seemed uncertain rather than certain.
