I started with the OS from Dream Spark and upgraded to Windows 10. Now I don’t have the serial key left. After switching my motherboard, I attempted to reactivate Windows 10 several times, but it didn’t work. My account shows two devices—one with the old motherboard and one with the new one. Could you assist me? Thank you.

If it won't work again, it probably needs an original key. If that's the case, you'll need to contact Microsoft to remove it from your previous board.

Dreamspark keys are always original manufacturer keys, meaning they’re designed for a single device only. Changing motherboards violates the licensing terms, rendering your license invalid. You must unregister the other device and contact Microsoft for assistance.

Before exchanging the motherboard, did you already have a Microsoft account connected?

It seems the dreamspark licensing is likely. It's time to obtain your new license key or contact Microsoft.
