This situation is really frustrating... OneDrive works perfectly on my computer, but I keep running into an old folder from a past sync that won’t delete. It’s not syncing anymore and isn’t related to the active OneDrive folder. When I try to remove files, I get an error saying it’s disconnected. It makes sense, but how do I free up the 300GB that’s sitting unused? One suggestion is to disable Files on Demand in the app, though I can’t do that because my SSD has limited space due to this extra data. A force delete might be necessary, but I’m not sure it’s the right approach. Other online tips haven’t helped much. Any ideas? Liam

If you're facing the same problem, running Command Prompt to empty the folder usually helped. Now it's just empty space, which is fine. I tried this approach.
